2. Hosting (GitHub Pages)
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., USA. When you visit the site, GitHub’s servers automatically process technical data that your browser sends, such as your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer and browser/operating system. This is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a reliable and secure website). Data may be transferred to the USA; GitHub relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. Details: GitHub Privacy Statement.
3. Contact form (Formspree)
If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address and message) is sent to me through Formspree, a service of Formspree, Inc., USA, which forwards it by email. Formspree processes the data on my behalf and may store it on servers in the USA. Details: Formspree Privacy Policy.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to a possible contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).

If you contact me by email, I process your email address and the content of your message to answer your inquiry, on the same legal bases as above. Your data is not shared with third parties.
5. Retention
Inquiry data is deleted once your request has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply (for example under German commercial or tax law if a contract results).
6. No cookies, tracking or analytics
This website does not use cookies, tracking or analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on this website itself; no data is sent to external font providers.
